Ingrédients

Pour un pain de 750 g

  • 250 g de farine blanche
  • 250 g de farine de seigle
  • 300 ml d'eau
  • 1 c.a.c. de sel
  • 1 c.a.s. d'huile de noix
  • 1 poignée de cerneaux noix
  • 1 c.a.s. de miel

Préparation à la machine à pain

Ajouter tous les ingrédients dans votre machine à pain en suivant l'ordre donné par le fabriquant.

Utiliser le programme pain complet et la cuisson désirée.

Au signal sonore, ajouter les noix.
